My name is Michał Janczak. Why should you trust me? For over 10 years, I have been working with children and youth, helping them develop their football skills, build self-esteem, and become not only better players but also more confident individuals. I know that every young footballer is different, which is why I focus on an individual approach in my training, adapting my methods to the specific needs of each player.
My qualifications are backed by a UEFA B license and extensive experience gained at clubs such as KS Legionovia Legionowo, Dolcan Ząbki, FC Barcelona Escola Varsovia, Dąb Wieliszew, and Świt Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. What distinguishes me the most is my ability to connect with young people-to find their football DNA, reinforce their strengths, and effectively eliminate mistakes.
In every team I have worked with, I have been able to spot the talent, passion, and potential of the players, motivate them to work hard, and then bring it all together into a cohesive, strong unit. The results have been both team promotions to higher leagues and individual successes for the boys. Many of my former players now play in the Ekstraklasa (top tier), have received call-ups to provincial/regional teams, have attended trials at top-flight clubs, or continue their development in major academies.
The teams I have managed have regularly advanced from season to season-both Legionovia and Dąb Wieliszew went from the 3rd league to the highest level of competition, the Ekstraliga, under my guidance. These are the facts. I don’t make empty promises-I deliver results.
➢Achievements: Academy players called up to provincial teams, numerous team promotions to the highest leagues in their respective age categories, and the successful implementation of proprietary training programs in coordinator roles.
➢Qualifications: UEFA B Licensed Coach.
➢Management & Coordination: Over 10 years of coaching, extensive experience as an Academy Coordinator at Legionovia Legionowo and AP Dąb Wieliszew, as well as structural work at Ząbkovia Ząbki and coaching at Świt Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki.
➢Top Academies: Former coach and coordinator at Barca Academy (Escola Varsovia) and coach at Legia Soccer Schools.

What You Will Get

I teach ball control in real match situations. I emphasize precise reception and confident dribbling so that my players feel comfortable and composed under pressure from an opponent.
Motor Skills

I develop my players' speed, agility, and coordination. By taking care of their general fitness and injury prevention, I build a solid foundation that allows them to play sports safely and healthily.
Tactics
& Game Understanding
I help children "read" the game and make the right decisions on their own. Instead of rigid patterns, I teach pitch intelligence, optimal positioning, and effective teamwork.
